At our client’s request, we will participate in various forms of marketing meetings. We are available to join your sales team for final presentations, meetings with a customer, meetings with benefit consultants, or speaking opportunities.
We also provide our clients with a web portal that they can use to check application status, handle complaints, and more.
In addition:
- We assist clients with finalist presentations and speaking opportunities
- We offer a toll free line to our Credentialing Specialists
- We assist with State and Client audits
- We scan documentation and attached it to the Online Client tool
- We assist with Policies and Procedures
- We provide a Credentialing Committee to provide input on each dentist
