One of the greatest advantages of partnering with us is that we work with our Insurance network to resolve patient complaints brought against network dentists. Complaints are limited to clinical issues and Dentistat focuses on acting as an independent third-party.
Worry Less with Dentistat
First, written complaints are submitted to Dentistat. Next, a Dentistat staff member will contact the involved parties and mediate the dispute. The first contact is usually made within two days. Dentistat’s staff will summarize in writing our findings on the complaint and submit a report to the insurance carrier. In most cases, this report is the basis for a formal response to the patient and the provider. Finally, most complaints are resolved within two weeks.
